个人简介
男，博士，教授，博士生导师。担任国家级科技特派员，省现代农业产业技术体系岗位专家，省派“四进”工作组成员，省科技特派员，省科技扶贫专家，省微生物学会理事，南京市高层次人才等。2014年起任水产养殖学系副主任，2019年起任党支部书记。指导本科生获得全国大学生水产技能大赛一等奖，获得全国研究生技能大赛优秀指导教师和山东省优秀硕士论文指导教师。主持获得中国水产学会年度优秀论文一等奖、山东省高等学校科学技术奖等奖励10余项，主持国家、省部级等课题20余项，发表论文40余篇（其中SCI收录30余篇），制定地方标准2项，主编《鱼病快速诊断与防治技术》等专著、教材6部。

本实验室主要研究领域：
1. 水生动物病原生物学与疾病防控
2. 大水面高效生态渔业
3. 集约化养殖品种（系）良养与病害预警
研究水生动物重大病害病原的致病机制、快速诊断技术，研发人渔共患病结构疫苗、绿色防控药物，制定循环水等集约化养殖技术参数标准化方案，构建水生动物重大病害预警与防控技术体系。
