赵鹏翔，博士，校聘副教授。研究方向为肌肉发育、猪肌内脂肪等关键性状的分子机制解析。主持参与省部级科研项目7项，近年来，在Advanced science，Communications Biology，Clinical and Translational Medicine等杂志发表SCI论文13篇，专利授权1项。
