个人简介

姜淑贞,女,山东省临清市人。山东农业大学动物科技学院动物营养与饲料科学专业,博士,硕士生导师。独立指导本科毕业生100余人,硕士研究生40余人。其中3位研究生获得国家奖学金,5位研究生读博。“植酸酶对蛋鸭矿物质代谢和养分利用率影响的研究(JB2012-1-11-5)”获得临沂市科技进步一等奖、“非常规饲料资源利用和氮磷减排技术研究与应用(JB2012-3-158-R05)”获得山东省科学技术进步三等奖、“高效安全肉鸡饲料配套技术研究与应用(JB2014-2-79-R03)”获得山东省科学技术进步二等奖、“肉牛优质高效生产关键技术研究与产业化示范(JB2015-1-5-R06)”获得山东省科学技术进步一等奖、“农副产品发酵饲料生态养猪关键技术集成与推广(SDFCG2019-02-19-06)”获得山东省农牧渔业丰收二等奖、“猪用玉米全株青贮生产与产业化应用(SDXMKJ2021-D01-R04)”获得山东省畜牧科学技术一等奖。参与鉴定和评价成果7项,参与制定地方标准4个,参与获得专利3件。任现职以来,发表论文共计213篇,其中第一/通讯作者发表学报级以上论文51篇,第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文24篇,其中ESI论文20篇,累计影响因子51.162。参编“十一五”国家级规划教材《饲料加工工艺学》第二版(2021.7)。

主要围绕饲料资源的价值评定,阐明动物营养与代谢规律,揭示营养素对畜禽(尤其猪)健康的调控及其作用机制。同时,围绕饲料安全评价,揭示饲料毒素的作用及其机理,合理开发利用饲料资源。
